More than seventeen years ago, ILX Resorts' Chairman, Joe Martori sought to give a
boost to slow tourism during the winter months in
 Sedona while supporting local charity.
Red Rock Fantasy was born.
Red Rock Fantasy at Los Abrigados Resort & Spa is an annual holiday light
extravaganza and charity fundraiser. Over the past decade, the event has raised tens of thousands of dollars for children's
charities while delighting visitors of all ages. Originally a small light show hosted by the resort, Red Rock Fantasy has
grown to become an Arizona holiday favorite featuring more than one million lights and individual displays built by
Arizona families and organizations.
This year, as in years past, more than 200,000 people are expected to visit Red Rock Fantasy and scenic Sedona, Arizona. Many of them will pass through without ever knowing the effort that went into the displays, the
charitable impact that will affect thousands of children, or the effect that the event has on the participants and resort
workers alike. Whether first time visitors, or part of a family that has made Red Rock Fantasy a holiday tradition, one
thing is certain - Red Rock Fantasy is sure to brighten everyone's holiday season!
